We can try to arrange that for items that are accepted by donation centers. Since charities often have specific guidelines, we can’t guarantee in advance, but we will furnish a receipt if the donated items are acceptable.

No—we don’t perform moving or relocation services. Our trucks are designed for removal and disposal, not for transporting items to another residence or storage. We only take what you want to discard.

Yes, we try to accommodate off-hour jobs when possible—late afternoons, evenings, weekend work. Depending on local landfill/transfer station hours, special fees may apply. Reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Yes—tips are appreciated but never required. If you’re pleased with the service, you’re welcome to offer something in cash.

Yes! We offer cleanup services after events, help with emptying storage units, and moving heavy items or furniture out of tight spaces. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. For some special services, we bill by the quarter-hour so you pay only for what’s used.

Payment is due when the job is finished. If you’re not available at completion, we can make arrangements ahead of time. We accept major credit cards, checks, or cash. For regular commercial customers, invoicing may be possible after an account is set up. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Our service truck holds roughly the equivalent of multiple pickup-truck loads—it can typically handle what would take 5-6 standard full-size truck beds. It’s large enough to do serious jobs, but sized to be maneuverable in residential areas.

• Consolidate as much junk as possible into one pickup
• Work with neighbors or friends—more volume means more efficiency
• Disassemble bulky items so they take up less space
• Use up your existing trash/recycling services fully before scheduling extra removal

As early as you can. That gives you more choice of day/time. Morning appointments are more precise; other times depend on how long earlier jobs run. Sometimes we can squeeze in same-day service, but that depends on availability.

Standard jobs include two trained crew members and enough time to complete the work. Bigger or more complex jobs (multiple loads, heavy items) might require additional crew, which will be priced accordingly.

We strive to recycle or donate as much as possible— metals, wood, plastics, etc. If items are in good condition, we’ll try to send them to charities. Otherwise, they go to appropriate disposal or transfer facilities. Our aim: minimize what ends up in landfills.

If you’ve gotten an onsite estimate already and items are accessible, we can do the job without you present. We’ll confirm pricing ahead of removal, accept payment via credit card over the phone if needed. But ideally someone is there—it helps speed things up and ensure nothing unexpected slows us down.

Some items are not accepted due to safety, legal, or environmental concerns. These include:

• Hazardous materials (paints, solvents, chemicals, oils)
• Asbestos, contaminated materials
• Propane tanks or gas containers
• Biohazards (medical waste, dead animals)
• Any material requiring special handling under law

If you’re uncertain about something, just ask—we’ll tell you what we can do or where to safely dispose of it.

We will remove any non-hazardous items that two people can reasonably lift into a truck. Examples:

• Furniture (couches, tables, mattresses, bookcases)
• Appliances (fridges, washers/dryers, etc.)
• Electronics (monitors, printers, etc.)
• Yard & garden waste (clippings, branches)
• Construction or renovation debris (wood, drywall, etc.)

Our team is equipped with:

• Dolly or hand trucks
• Heavy-duty gloves
• Rakes, shovels, and other tools for yard cleanups
• Large sacks or bins
• Brooms & dustpans

If your job requires special equipment (forklifts, bobcats, etc.), that must be arranged ahead of time and may incur extra charges.

Hauling junk yourself means renting a truck (if needed), doing all the lifting, transporting to disposal sites, possibly waiting in lines, paying disposal fees, etc. It takes time, effort, and planning. By hiring us, you avoid all that. We bring the truck, the labor, and manage the disposal. You just point, and we take it away.

We are a full-service junk removal company, not a curbside garbage truck. We handle all the heavy lifting—old furniture, appliances, renovation debris, yard waste, and more. Our team comes to you, removes the items from where they are (inside or outside your property), and takes care of disposal or recycling. You don’t need to rent anything or make extra trips— we do it all.

We schedule in two-hour windows to allow for variables like traffic, job size, and time previous jobs take. We’ll always call an hour in advance to give you a more precise arrival time.

We can give you an estimate over the phone based on information you provide, but the actual price depends on:

• Volume and weight of items
• How far from the truck they are
• How difficult the access is (stairs, narrow hallways, etc.)
• How much space the items take up in the truck

When we arrive, we’ll inspect the job, confirm what we saw over the phone, and give you a firm price before we start loading.

Using Junk Taxi is usually more efficient and cost-effective if you just have stuff to remove. With a dumpster, you rent, fill it, and then still must deal with transporting and removing it.
